THE NOBLE PAWS EXPERIENCE
Noble Paws Photography strives to provide the ultimate luxury boutique experience for you and your pet. Here's what you can expect, step-by-step, the moment you become a Noble Paws client.
Your pet is your baby. Your best friend. Unique. The pre-session stage explores why. Before your session, you will have the opportunity to complete a fun questionnaire about your pet that ranges from his temperament, his likes and dislikes, and even his favorite foods. You'll get to tell me what makes him so special to you so that I know ahead of time what to look for and can plan how best to capture his best features.
Next, I'll invite you to create a Pinterest board with ideas and inspirations that speak to your vision for your pet's session. Before our session, I'll take the time to review your board so I have an even better understanding of your expectations and what sort of images interest you the most.
Finally, we'll have a pre-session consultation in person or via phone/Skype/FaceTime/etc. to discuss your questionnaire and Pinterest board, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. The in person consultation is perfect for pets who are a little nervous around strangers or may benefit from extra exposure to cameras.
PRE-SESSION
DURING THE SESSION
This is your pet's moment in the spotlight! Upon arrival at our shoot location, I'll take the time to explain my ideas for the day and ask you to contribute any ideas you may have as well. Throughout the shoot, we'll enjoy a relaxed, casual atmosphere as together we capture your pet's best sides. My goal is to keep the photography aspect in the background and fun in the foreground. There may be periods in which the camera isn't even out - that's because I shoot with purpose. Quality over quantity, and having three hundred images to comb through means nothing if 90% of them are blurry and lacking in meaning.
Most importantly, your pet will run the show. It may seem obvious, but I work with pets, not against them. I will never, ever force your pet to hold a pose that makes her uncomfortable. I will do everything I can to make a particular moment happen, but only in a safe and natural way. This is meant to be fun for her, for you, and for me - if your baby is scared, not only will it show in your pictures, but it will leave all of us with a sour taste at the end of what should be an exciting day.
As we finish up, I'll provide a timeframe by which you can expect your images - typically two weeks - and a promise to follow up to schedule your private viewing party!
POST-SESSION
Now here's the moment you've been waiting for: your pet's beautiful photos! Our viewing party is designed to showcase your pet in all his glory. It can take place in your home, my home, or a cafe, wherever is most comfortable for you. You'll have the opportunity to explore and touch samples of my various products, and together we can create something you love.
Much like the session is designed to be relaxed and easy for your pet, so is the viewing party for you. Of course I hope you find products you love, but rest assured you will never face any pressure from me, and I will always work with you to stay within your budget. You are also not trapped into making a decision right then and there - this is a significant investment you're making, so you are always free to press pause and give it some thought.
Then, once you've found the perfect products and are ready to commit, I'll provide a delivery estimate and bring your products to you myself for one last unveiling of the art we have created together.
Finally, once you are a Noble Paws client, you will always be a Noble Paws client. Your images don't go into padlocked vault - if you decide later you would like to revisit them, just reach out to me and we can relive the magic!
